J-P Koala has spent the last 30 years mastering comedy, koalas, and crowds.
With a slick selection of comedy routines, whip cracking and juggling, J-P adapts his show for every audience, every time. One of the most experienced performers in the industry, J-P Koala consistently delivers unforgettable entertainment.
Learning to juggle at eleven, training circus throughout his teenage years and studying theatre and performance at university J-P Koala has created many street shows over the course of his career. From high skill juggling, through absurd and experimental comedy, to the nuanced personal audience interaction that is now his hallmark.
J-P has always asked,
"What makes a show great?"
Never settling for a single answer, J-P has studied and experimented with show structures, routines, audience demographics, and pitches in search of the many different ways a performer can enthral an audience with laughter, awe and delight. This true love of the craft, have given him the flexibility and immense playfulness that can be witnessed in the show that is J-P Koala.
